Just wondering what you all think is the best bet in the Academy Awards?

I'm on Chicago for best picture at 1 to 3. I think its as close a lock as anything. Free money is free money. Take it and run.

I put some down on chris cooper at -125 before the nominations came out and i still like it at -250 now.

A2345 True, but a musical hasn't won since Oliver in like 1954 or something like that. Most nominations = easy money. Cooper is a solid bet also. Good Luck.

watch out for the pianist. thats all I'm going to say. the voting members of AMPAS will actually watch this movie now and it definitely will skew to the older members. dark horse. what are the odds on it?

Which sportsbooks currently have lines posted on the Academy Awards? The only two that I've found are Canbet and Intertops. Does anyone have anything else? I make money every year with this stuff. It's easy money if you know where to look and how to play the odds.

parlayin - around 10%, maybe a little less. It will need a lot of help which I don't know if it will get. Ballots don't have to be in until a week or so into March so it has time. As it is now, it seemed to be getting little momentum but I haven't heard anything over the weekend.

I like Chicago at 1-2 a lot. Can still be had via WSEX interactives.

jcambert - BETWWTS.com (decent limits) - CARIBSPORTS.com (very low limits last time I looked.) A lot of books have just best picture as well, but no odds jump out at me that can't be had at other places. The exception would be some european focused books seem to have Chicago at good prices. But none of them are places I play so you will have to do the leg work to find them.

Olympic aka thegreek.com offers most major cats (at least 15 at the moment).
